Fucilli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. hot Italian sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. crushed garlic
    1 pkg. rainbow spiral pasta, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Fry Italian sausage; remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
    Add onion, bell pepper and garlic to skillet and cook until done.
    Add mushrooms to skillet and cook 2 minutes, tossing lightly.
    Put everything, including cooked pasta and spaghetti sauce, in 4-quart pot.
    Mix and reheat.
    May add Parmesan cheese.
