Fresh Cream-Style Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears fresh corn
    6 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Remove shucks and silks from corn and wash.
    Using a very sharp thin-bladed knife, cut off very tops of kernels and scrape out cream from inside kernels. Combine all of corn and water. Cook in a very heavy skillet on low heat, stirring often, until corn is thick and a golden yellow color.
    Add oleo and salt to taste.
