Cheese Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. flour
    strawberry jelly or jam
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly cream cheese, butter and flour.
    Form into ball and refrigerate overnight.
    Leave at room temperature about 1 hour.
    Roll out thin on lightly floured board.
    Cut into about 3-inch rounds.
    Fill with 1 teaspoon jam or jelly (your desired flavor).
    Fold over and seal edges by crimping with fork. Bake on cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
