Creamy Red Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Camelia brand red beans
    3 large ham hocks
    2 onions, diced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook red beans 1 1/2 to 2 hours under low fire with ham hocks. Add seasonings after 2 hours of cooking, then let simmer for about 2 hours or until creamy. Serve with rice. Makes about 20 servings.
