Mock Sour Cream - cooking recipe

1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine in blender.
Cover and run on high speed until completely smooth, about 10 seconds.
One tablespoon contains 15 calories.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
