Oreo Cookie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. bag Oreo cookies
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    8 oz. Philly cream cheese
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 c. confectioner sugar
    1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    5 c. milk
    3 small boxes instant pudding
    1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Whip the cream cheese until smooth then add the milk a little at a time until all the milk has been added. Add pudding and beat until mixture thickens.
