Bisquick Low Calorie Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 Tbsp. sugar (can be omitted)
8 packets sugar substitute or 1/4 c. brown Sugar Twin
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Spray a 9-inch deep pie pan.
Beat everything together for 2 minutes. Bake 50 minutes or until center puffs up.
(Check with knife.)
Makes its own crust.
