Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, drained
    1 egg
    about 1 c. oatmeal or crumbs
    1/4 c. catsup
    small chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Make up with cream or milk to the consistency of meat loaf. Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
