Parmesan Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. garlic
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Broil. Place over cooked egg noodles to serve.
    Can make sauce to pour over top.
