Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Add eggs and oil.
    Stir (don't beat).
    Stir in pineapple, pecans, bananas and vanilla.
    Put batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove and cool.
    Spread frosting between layers and on top.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts over frosting on top.
