Corned Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corned beef
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 can carrot coins
    1/2 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onions in 6 to 7 cups of water until done (soft).
    Break up corned beef into potato and onion and add instant rice.
    Last, add carrot coins.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with biscuits.
