Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 cabbage leaves
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 can tomato sauce or 1 qt. stewed tomatoes
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Core cabbage and steam in hot water for 5 minutes, or until leaves come off easily.
    Combine all other ingredients with rice.
    Place about 1/4 cup of mixture on each cabbage leaf.
    Roll up leaf; turn edges under.
    Secure by rolling as tightly as possible.
    Cover with reserved liquid from cabbage and tomatoes.
    Cook in saucepan for about 45 minutes, until rice and beef are done.
