Cold Cucumber Soup * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. plain yogurt
    1 clove garlic
    fresh dill (2 to 3 Tbsp.)
    2 cucumbers (unpeeled), diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place garlic, dill and half of yogurt in blender; puree for 10 seconds.
    Add cucumbers and blend until cucumbers are still visible.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Fold in rest of yogurt and serve.
    Serves 4.
