Cranapple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. jar unsweetened applesauce
    16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine applesauce and cranberry sauce. Cook over medium heat until cranberry sauce melts.
    Add margarine and spices and blend well.
    Cool slightly.
    Pour into clean jars or non-metal containers.
    Cover with tight fitting lids.
    Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
