Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring until thick. Add the vanilla.
    Makes 3 to 4 cups.
