Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. horseradish sauce
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, mashed with fork
    1 container sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Add enough sour cream to make dip creamy.
