Tangy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. strawberry jello
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 banana, diced
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; cool.
    Soften cream cheese with pineapple and banana.
    Add pecans, then jello and fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour into 8 or 9-inch Pyrex dish.
    Refrigerate until ready to eat.
