Twelve Minute Frosting * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites (not beaten)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    5 scant Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Cook in double boiler for 12 minutes, beating the entire 12 minutes with egg beater.
    After beating the 12 minutes, beat until cool and spread.
