Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon in water, drained and flaked
1 c. fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1/4 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon mix into pan and press down lightly.
Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Invert on serving platter.
Makes 8 servings with 135 calories and 5 grams fat.
