Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. flour
2 sticks butter
4 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix flour, egg yolks and milk. Beat well. Add butter and cook in double boiler until thick. Add flavoring. Pour in baked pie shell. Top with meringue made of beaten egg whites and sugar. Put in oven and brown top.
