Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until tender.
    Combine with remaining ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Grate 1/4 cup additional cheese, if desired, and put on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
