Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick melted butter
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    To eggs, add sugar, butter, corn meal, vanilla, vinegar and nutmeg, stirring until well blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
