Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add eggs and salad oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
Spoon into 3 (9-inch) cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from pans.
Cool completely.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
