Fancy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    4 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. dried leaf sage, crumbled
    2 medium onions (thin rings)
    1 large cooking apple, sliced
    1/3 c. white wine
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil, both sides.
    Remove from heat; drain off fat.
    Crumble sage over meat; top with onion slices and apples. Sprinkle with wine; cover and cook until not pink in center. Microwave, covered, at High for 3 minutes, then Medium heat for 6 minutes.
    Let dish stand for 2 minutes before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
