Easy Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) red salmon
1 large or 2 small potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 egg, beaten
1/2 small onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
oil to cook
Preparation

Mix salmon, potatoes, egg, salt and pepper together well; include salmon liquid.
Stir in enough cracker crumbs to hold mixture together.
Shape into flat cakes.
Fry in oil until lightly brown.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with thick white sauce or gravy.
