Roquefort Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 carton sour cream
1 block Roquefort cheese
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 button garlic
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Mix and let stand; adjust seasoning to taste.
Add milk to desired thickness.
A little chopped jalapeno makes it very good. Blue cheese may be substituted.
