Kasha Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    1 1/2 c. kasha
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 egg
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil.
    Boil water.
    Add carrot, kasha, onion and garlic.
    Cover, reduce heat and cook 20 minutes. Mix in egg and flour.
    Pour in a greased casserole.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
