Roast Pork Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Reynolds oven bag
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 lb. pork ribs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Shake flour in oven bag.
    Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Add barbecue sauce, onion and seasonings.
    Squeeze bag to blend ingredients.
    Place ribs in bag; turn bag to coat ribs with sauce.
    Arrange ribs in an even layer. Close bag, then cut 6 1/2-inch slits in top.
    Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
