Spanish Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    16 oz. cut tomatoes
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crisp; drain.
    Leave 1 tablespoon of drippings in pan.
    Cook beef, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 35 minutes. Crumble bacon on top.
    Serves 6 to 8.
