Fresh Fried Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced okra
    salt to taste
    1 c. flour or more if needed
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Wash and slice okra.
    Leave damp.
    Salt to taste.
    Sprinkle with flour, shaking all loose flour off.
    Put in heated skillet with 1/4 cup oil.
    Cook on low.
    Turn often to keep from burning. Done when golden brown.
    Add more oil to skillet if needed.
