Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned
    12 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 pie crusts
    green pepper (optional)
    onion (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs with milk and flour.
    Add salt, pepper, sausage and cheese.
    Pour into pie crusts.
    Sprinkle some cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or stick to see when done.
