Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    5/8 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix water and fat; heat to a boil.
    Add flour and salt and mix thoroughly; stir.
    Cook until ingredients are well blended and dough does not stick to sides (do not cook too long) and mixture is hot.
    Add unbeaten eggs one at a time.
    Beat until well mixed. Drop by tablespoons onto oiled pan.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
