Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
    Spoon batter in 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean.
    For a square pan, bake 45 minutes.
    Cool pan 10 minutes; remove and cool.
    Spread Cream Cheese Frosting on top, sides and between layers and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
