Hot Or Cold Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chiles
    2 (10 oz.) cans chopped Ro-Tel
    1 medium onion, chopped finely
    1 small garlic clove, chopped finely
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Boil green chiles, Ro-Tel, onion and garlic until onion is tender.
    Add milk and stir continuously.
    Add cheese and stir over medium heat until cheese melts.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Yields 10 servings.
