Appeloch Kaffekaka(Apple Coffee Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. brewed coffee
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sliced, peeled apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Stir in wet ingredients and blend; then stir in apples and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove, sprinkle with confections sugar.
Serve warm.
