Spinach Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    6 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook spinach.
    Drain well.
    Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add spinach and garlic; saute 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often. Beat together eggs, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Stir egg mixture into spinach.
    Immediately add broth and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
