Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
1 c. pecans
dash of salt
Preparation

In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In small bowl, beat eggs gently with fork.
In medium bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs from small bowl, carrots and pecans.
Stir together by hand.
Combine medium bowl with ingredients in large bowl.
Stir all ingredients well; do not use mixer.
Pour into 3 round pans.
Bake for 30 minutes or until done. Frost.
