Zucchini Squash Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated squash
3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Grease and flour large rectangle cake pan.
Mix squash, sugar, oil and eggs together.
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix with squash mixture.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. May also be cooked in tube pan.
