Chicken With Brandied Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. vegetable oil
    4 (4 oz.) skinless boneless chicken breasts
    4 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken.
    Cook, turning once, until browned on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with fork.
    Transfer chicken to serving platter; keep warm.
