Hot Crabmeat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. milk
    7 oz. crabmeat (imitation crab fine)
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. sherry or dry white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    toasted slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients.
    To toast slivered almonds, saute in a small amount of butter until they start to brown.
    Sprinkle on crab dip.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly.
    Serve with crackers.
