Grated Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3 c. (3 medium) potatoes, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sharp cheese or cheese spread loaf, cubed
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 small onion
Preparation
-
Place all ingredients in order given in a blender.
Blend only until the potatoes are grated.
Do not overblend! Pour into prepared 8 x 8-inch or 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Garnish with pepper rings.
