Greek Lemon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chicken stock
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    3 eggs
    juice of one lemon
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat chicken stock in saucepan.
    Add rice, cover and simmer until rice is cooked.
    In a bowl, beat eggs and lemon juice together.
    Add 1/2 cup hot stock, one tablespoon at a time, to the egg and lemon mixture, stirring constantly.
    Pour into chicken stock.
