Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Put the first 3 ingredients in dish and set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Put butter or margarine in mixing bowl.
Mix to soften.
Add sugar and mix together.
Add eggs, beating after each addition.
Add vanilla.
Mix together sour cream and baking soda.
First, add some flour mixture to mixing bowl, then sour cream, until they are all used up.
Pour half of batter into tube pan and sprinkle with nut mixture.
Add remaining batter and sprinkle with the rest of nuts.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
