Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook vegetables by directions on package.
    Drain when done. Add next 4 ingredients and put in casserole. Top with 1 stack pack broken Ritz crackers.
    Melt 1 stick oleo and drizzle over crackers.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
