Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    2 carrots
    1 onion, if desired
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grate cabbage with carrots and onion, toss in salad oil and refrigerate.
    Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, celery seed, sugar, mustard and salt.
    Mix in cabbage and refrigerate several hours, if possible.
