Easy Skillet Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken wings, tips cut off and discarded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 medium diced onion
    1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    2 c. chicken broth
    10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    8 oz. fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 1/4 c. orzo (rice-shaped pasta)
Preparation
    In large, deep skillet, cook sausage and chicken wings in fat from sausage over high heat.
    Cook about 10 minutes, adding oil if necessary.
    Remove to bowl.
    To drippings in skillet, add onion, bell pepper, turmeric and cayenne pepper; cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
