Light King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green bell pepper
    Pam spray
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken breasts
    1 (10 oz.) can fat-free cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 (10 oz.) can fat-free cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder or less
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
    1 (8 oz.) block reduced fat Cheddar cheese, shredded or more
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in a large skillet coated with Pam over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in chicken and next 6 ingredients; remove from heat. Tear tortillas into 1-inch pieces; layer 1/3 pieces in bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan coated with Pam. Top with 1/3 chicken mixture and 1/3 cheese. Repeat layers twice. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
