Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen pie shell (parbaked)
    1/2 lb. bacon, chopped and fried until crisp
    1 c. onion
    1 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. ham, chopped
    3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, chopped
    3 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Pour over meat and cheese.
    Cover with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
