Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick cream of wheat
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 to 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cold Crisco
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine cream of wheat, flour, salt, baking powder and salt; mix well.
    Add Crisco; mix well.
    Add enough buttermilk to make a thin-like mixture.
    Pour into a skillet or baking pan which has been greased with cold Crisco, sides and bottom and dusted with the dry mixture.
    Have pan or skillet cold when you grease it.
    Place in hot oven and bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or when you think it is done.
    The bread will come out of pan or skillet as soon as you take it out of oven.
    It looks like and tastes like corn bread, only better, I think.
