Tarragon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. mushrooms
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. Beau Monde
    1 c. sour cream
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and garlic in 1/2 of butter.
    Set aside.
    Add remaining butter to same pan and saute chicken sprinkled with Beau Monde until brown on all sides.
    Add wine, mushrooms and tarragon. Simmer 45 minutes until tender.
    Place chicken on platter and keep warm.
    Deglaze pan with sour cream.
    Pour sauce over chicken. Garnish with green onions.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
    Serves 4.
